I was advised on delivery due day that my item was out of stock and the supplier would not be able to able to fulfill the order. I received the following email from GoGroopie Customer Support.

On 14/10/2021.Hi thereThank you for your email,I have refunded this order for you,Please allow 7 days for the payment to reach you.Many thanksNatalia ValdezGoGroopie Customer SupportIt is now 03/11/2021 and I am still waiting for my full refund.

I have emailed GoGroopie Customer Support almost everyday sine 10 days overdue refund date. Each email has been ignored.

I ordered a bed. Supplier could not fulfill order.

Was emailed to say refund will take 7 days. It has now been 14 days and I have emailed several times and nobody answers to advise when I will receive my full refund

Monetary Loss: $269.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
